The suitable age is between eight and ten months, because the big puppy is already physically developed.

 

Is it true that English races are not good for retrieval?

English hunters used to replace the Setter and the Pointer with the Retriever for this task, but Italian trainers privilege retrieval activities so that to get the Italian or International Work Champion Certificate dogs must have the retrieval patent.

 

Is it true that dogs from breeding are unfit from hunting?

 

It is false! Breeders always have the best brood-dogs covered by the best stallions and the results are good.

 

What if the dog I have bought is unfit for the kind of job requested?

 

As far as our breeding id concerned, we give every buyer a written warranty with which we are bound to replace the dog both if the dog is sick or unfit for hunting.

Which is the best race for hunting?

 

In every race you can find champions, good dogs or… rabbits. We would advise you to buy an English Setter, but other races are available by request.
